These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of medicarerulebook.com (the "Site"), operated by MGV Consulting ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Educational content only
The Site, the Medicare Rulebook guide, and our related content provide general educational information about Medicare. This content is not medical, legal, tax, or financial advice, and it is not a recommendation to enroll in, remain in, or leave any specific insurance plan or carrier. Medicare rules, premiums, deadlines, and penalty amounts change; always confirm current information at Medicare.gov or with 1-800-MEDICARE before making decisions.
Who we are
The Site is operated by MGV Consulting. Matt Villemure is a licensed insurance agent (NPN 19346921) licensed in 21 states. We are compensated by the insurance carriers we represent when a consumer enrolls in a plan through us. We do not offer every plan available in your area.
Not affiliated with the government
We are not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program. The Site is a private, independent educational resource.
Consent to contact
When you submit a form on the Site and check the consent box, you agree to be contacted by phone, text message, and email about Medicare plan options, including through automated technology, as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information in any form you submit. You may not use the Site to submit false information, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
